主要研究課題；

英語の多様性と言語のダイナミズム。

アイルランド英語の文法体系および言語意識に関してフィールド調査を行いながら、(i)言語接触による文法変化、(ii)言語変化における話者意識の影響、(iii)言語とアイデンティティ、エスニシティといった諸問題について考えています。
